Why do some communities successfully site biofuel/bioenergy facilities and others don't? What determines the capacity of communities to deliver and manage water infrastructure? How does changing urban space impact communities? This presentation will describe the use of the community capitals framework as a methodological framework for assessing the dynamics of community interactions with natural resources. Insights will be provided from case studies.
